Kathy Ahlin is an experienced New Hampshire real estate
broker and Sales Director with more than 15 years of experience in residential
real estate, negotiation, leadership, and agent development.

Lifetime Member of the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS® Honor Society,
Kathy has built her career around strong relationships, market knowledge,
professional standards, and helping both clients and real estate professionals
navigate an increasingly complex industry.

As a Sales Director with Better Homes and Gardens Real
Estate The Masiello Group, Kathy works closely with agents to strengthen their
businesses, develop their skills, embrace new technology, and deliver an
exceptional client experience. Her hands-on experience as a producing broker
gives her a practical understanding of the challenges buyers, sellers, and real
estate professionals face in today's market.

Kathy brings particular strength in pricing strategy,
contract negotiation, transaction management, and New Hampshire market trends.

Kathy's career. She believes strongly in giving back to the industry and the

Outside of real estate, Kathy enjoys spending time with her
family and grandchildren, traveling, golfing, and boating on New Hampshire's
lakes.
